PositionLounge Supervisor

Requirements:

• GCE A’ Level with a minimum of two passes, including English, or GCE O’ Level with a minimum of three passes, including English, along with a Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field.
• MS office and Data Management software in general
• Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring smooth service delivery in line with set standards.
• Coordinate with catering teams to ensure proper food preparation and setup at our exclusive lounges
• Oversee tidiness, hygiene, and maintenance of the lounge areas, including outdoor setups during inclement weather.
• Lead the team in welcoming passengers, providing accurate information, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitor and report on daily operations, providing updates to the Lounge Manager.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Dhivehi.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Able to proficiently speak, read and write in English and Dhivehi

Salary:

• Based on qualifications, knowledge, and previous experience
