PositionAssistant Manager, Procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (Supply Chain Management qualification is an added advantage).
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
- Aviation procurement or logistics experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily procurement activities, purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate sourcing of aircraft spares and general items in line with company policies.
- Compile quotations and support bid finalisation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor supplier contracts and performance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Stores, and Logistics for GRN processing, payments, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.
- Support administrative functions within the Procurement and Spares & Inventory departments.
- Ensure ethical, professional, and policy-compliant procurement practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and logistics processes.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
